KDH Adjusting Services, in business as such since 2005, is owned and operated by Monica Cady and Debra Hall Jalen, each utilizing their respective 30 plus years of insurance claims adjusting experience. Both Monica and Debra have been involved in the industry most of their careers, all in Northern California.

Monica Cady has been in the claims field since 1975 and has had extensive training throughout this time. She has been an outside field adjuster; a claims examiner; and has managed other adjusters. She handles all types of liability investigations including property damage liability as well as attendance at mediations, mandatory settlement conferences and trial monitoring.

Debra Hall Jalen has worked for insurance companies as well as being an independent adjuster and manager in her career spanning over 30 years. She also handles all types of liability investigations which includes property damage liability. She attends mediations, mandatory settlement conferences, small claims court appearances and trial monitoring.
